We have been selling in Brooklyn since 2006 and have a large mailing list of clients and great buyers’ brokers. This strengthens our presence for off-market transactions and increases our credibility with clients and brokers with whom we have past relationships.
SOFT MARKETING
When appropriate, we will “whisper market” your listing to the brokerage community. Many times brokers will have clients at the ready and eager for sneak peek. This can lead to having an offer prior to the first Open House, which provides the seller leverage.
